We offer returns on all product within 30 days of shipping. NO REFUNDS after 30 days. Item must be unworn and have all tags/labels attached.
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase. If the reason for return is not our fault, we only expect you to pay the cost of shipping. We do not charge a handling or restocking charge.
- Please include all information on the order form to assure proper shipping and billing.
- Merchandise can be sent to P.O. boxes with USPS service only.
- Your order will be shipped by UPS ground for purchases over $50 and USPS for orders under $50.
- Damages/discrepancies or your intent to return must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- UPS or your chosen shipper will be responsible for damage incurred in shipment. Please do not accept a package that is visibly damaged, or report the issue immediately to the shipper.
- Returned items should be returned no later than 30 days from processing. Items must be in new condition and in the original package.
- Applicable state taxes and shipping charges will be added to your order total.
- Next day orders Must be received by noon pacific standard time.
- All orders shipped within 48 hours. Items will not be shipped on Sunday or Monday.
