Kasey Kahne raced his #9 Budweiser Dodge to the checkered flag at the Coca-Cola 600 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway on Sunday, May 25th. His car crossed the finish line 10.202 seconds ahead of Greg Biffle, bringing Kasey’s first Cup Series Points victory since October of 2006 at the same track.
Kahne became the sixth NASCAR driver to win both the Coca-Cola 600 and the All-Star challenge in the same season, joining Darrell Waltrip, Davey Allison, Dale Earnhardt, Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson.
